Mengma S590 1988

The strain was isolated in 1986 from a man in Yunnan province of China and described as anew serovar named mengma, reference strain S 590, by Li Cui-zhi et al. (1988). Being not yet confirmed by a RL it is included in the attached updated list under provisional status (+).
