Darien

Darien 637 K 1982

The strain was isolated from the kidney of an opossum (Philander opossum) in the Panama Canal Zone and published as a new serovar named darien, ref. strain 637 K, by Sulzer et al. (1982). In the Revised List of Kmety and Dikken (1988) the strain is marked by i.t. indicating incomplete typing results.
